Scrambled eggs with rural sausage
This a recipe for a filling breakfast or can be a nourishing meal eg after training in the gym by the protein it contains and the vitamins provided from the vegetables. The cooking method itself is very simple and the time of implementation is due to the simplicity of the short course with the village sausage.
Components :
- 4 eggs - preferably rural or free range
- a piece of rural sausage - quantity according to preferences
- tomato
- radish
- chives
- salt - I use pink Himalayan
- coconut oil
A method of preparing :
Cut the sausage into small pieces, tomato and radish slices.
We give coconut oil thighs to the hot pans.
When the oil is dissolved, throw in the pieces of country sausage, fry a few minutes.
Pour the eggs, add a pinch of salt, mix the ingredients together.
The length of frying is according to preferences whether the scrambled eggs are to be more cut or "wet".
At the end, sprinkle the whole with finely chopped chives, arrange tomato slices, radishes and ready.
